Instructions
Step 1: Draw the Base
To start our Campanula drawing, let us create an oblong in a parallel form. This oblong shape kind of looks like an egg rolling on top of a table. This will be the basis of all the details of our Campanula in the following steps.
Step 2: Add a Wing-like Shape
We then add a wing-like shape on each side of that oblong. To do this, simply draw a curve line on the leftmost edge of the oblong shape all the way to the top edge. And repeat this step on the bottom part too.
Step 3: Create Another Wing-like Shape
Just like the previous step, let us create another wing-like shape that is still on both sides. But this time, these shapes are smaller and should be drawn on the outside.
Step 4: Add the Sepal
In this step, we will be adding the sepal. Sepal serves as the protection of the flower bud. To do this, simply draw three small leaf-like shapes on the leftmost part of the petals.
Step 5: Draw the Stem
Next, we now add a stem in a curved line starting from the sepal that we’ve created. Draw a curved line from the center of the sepal all the way down. With this, your Campanula drawing will start to look great.
Step 6: Add a Tiny Branch
This step is very simple, let us add a tiny branch on the upper left side of our created stem. Simply do that by adding a straight line on the stem you’ve drawn earlier.
Step 7: Add the Leaves
Then we add more details to the Campanula drawing by adding some leaves cute small leaves. You can be creative in this step and add the leaves wherever you like. But make sure that they are drawn on the stem and not on the flower itself.
Step 8: Add a Small Flower Bud
Now, you are almost done! On the tiny branch that we’ve made, let us add a flower bud to it. Just make sure that this flower bud should be drawn smaller than our main flower. So that the Campanula will be proportional and will look more beautiful.
Step 9: Finish up!
The fun part is coloring our finished art! You may now color your Campanula flower and enjoy looking at your creation and be proud of it! You can be creative and add the color that you like. But if you are unsure of what color should you add, you can follow our guide and add a blue color. Congratulations and keep up the good work!
