Two of the equipment pages do a job no ordinary coloring sheet does. One is a diamond diagram — the whole field drawn from above with the bases marked, which is the clearest way to explain where everybody stands to a child who has just joined a team. Another is a repeating ball pattern, dozens of baseballs and their stitching filling the sheet, which is the calmest page here and the one that keeps going longest.

Players in the game
Fifteen pages catch a moment: a batter at the plate with the catcher crouched behind, a pitcher mid wind-up with one leg raised, a fielder reaching for a catch, a slide into base, a crowd in the stands behind the plate. Some are drawn cartoon-style with round faces for younger children; others use a more realistic figure with the uniform’s pinstripes and lacing drawn in. Both are on this page, so it is worth looking at the grid before printing a stack.
Gloves, bats and balls
Seven pages leave the players out. A glove with two bats crossed behind it, a cap and ball on a striped ground, a ball wrapped in flames with stars around it, a page where the equipment is laid out separately — glove, bat, ball, helmet, cap — with white space between each item. That last one is the sheet to use if you want to name the kit rather than color a scene.
The field diagram and the pattern page
One page draws the diamond from above: home plate, the three bases, the pitcher’s mound, with bats and balls around the edge. It is the only page here that teaches anything, and it prints well as a wall sheet for a child learning positions. Another fills the whole sheet with baseballs — every one outlined with its curved stitching — which makes it the page to hand someone who wants to color without thinking about a picture.
How to print these
Every page is US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), pure black and white, with the drawing inside the printable margin. Plain copy paper is fine; choose “Fit to page” if your printer asks. If you are printing for a team party, the equipment pages copy better in bulk — the uniform pinstripes on the player pages can grey out on a photocopier.
