A seal is an unusual subject for a coloring page because the body is one long unbroken curve with almost nothing inside it — no legs to separate, no fur to draw, no pattern on the coat. On the realistic pages that means the animal fills quickly and the interest sits in the ice, the water and the rocks around it. The four zentangle designs solve the opposite problem by filling that empty body with spirals, scales and petals until there is no flat area left.

On the ice

Several show adults with young, and the whiskers and eye markings are drawn in properly — enough detail to use with a nature topic.
Four zentangle designs
Four pages fill the body with pattern: one covered in swirls and paisley, one built from overlapping scales, one seated on a striped ball wearing a party hat. Fine lines and small enclosed shapes throughout, no large flat areas — these are adult-coloring pages, and the answer to a subject that would otherwise be one big empty curve.
Cartoon and circus pages
