22 Free Dessert Coloring Pages (Cakes, Ice Cream PDF)

This collection has 22 free dessert coloring pages: five sundaes and single desserts, four tiered display tables, three sheets of sweets laid out separately, two kawaii pages, two ice cream vans, two ornate pattern pages, a baking scene, a crossword page and one holiday dinner. Every page is black and white on US Letter, downloads as a free PDF, and needs no signup.

The three laid-out sheets are the ones worth finding first. On those, a slice of cake, a lollipop, a chocolate bar, a macaron, a doughnut and a jelly each sit in their own patch of white — which makes them work as a naming sheet, and makes each item cuttable if you want paper food for a play kitchen. Everything else on this page is a scene, where the same sweets overlap and pile up.

Sundaes and single desserts

Five pages give one dessert the whole sheet: a tall sundae glass with a cherry and a spoon, a cone spilling scoops and fruit, a footed bowl piled with ice cream, a stack of cupcakes and cookies. Big curved shapes, few small gaps — these are the fastest pages here and the ones that look best on a fridge.

Cake tables and tiered displays

Four pages set out a whole spread: a tiered wedding cake with cupcakes around the base, a dessert table under bunting, cake stands loaded with pastries and macarons, a party table with jellies and rolls. They hold the most items per sheet, which makes them the longest to finish and the best value if a child wants one page to last an afternoon.

Sweets laid out separately

Three sheets skip the scene: a grid of cakes, doughnuts, macarons and jellies each drawn on its own, a scatter of wrapped candies and chocolate bars, a spread of croissants and eclairs. These are the sheets to print for naming practice, or to color and cut out.

Kawaii, vans and one page that isn’t a dessert

Two pages go cute: an ice cream cone with a unicorn horn and a smiling face, and a rabbit-shaped cake with a bow. Two more show an ice cream van and a street cart with a vendor. One page in this set is a roast dinner rather than a dessert — a whole bird on a platter with side dishes and a candle. It is a good page, just not a sweet one, so it is worth knowing before you print a themed stack.

How to print these

Every page is US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), pure black and white, with the drawing inside the printable margin. Plain copy paper is fine; choose “Fit to page” if your printer asks. If you plan to cut the sweets out, print the three laid-out sheets on heavier paper — they are the only ones with enough white space around each item to cut cleanly.

FAQ

Are there dessert pages simple enough for a young child?

Yes — the five sundae pages and the two kawaii designs. Large curved shapes, thick outlines and nothing that needs a fine point.

Which pages take the longest?

The four tiered display tables and the two ornate pattern pages. They pack dozens of small items into one sheet.

Is there a puzzle page in this set?

One sheet pairs a small crossword grid with drawings of cakes and drinks, so it mixes solving with coloring.

Do I need a color printer?

No. Every page prints in black and white; the color comes from your crayons or pencils.

For more food pages, the fruit coloring pages include worksheet-style sheets with each fruit drawn separately, and the animals and nature collection holds the rest of the free sets in this silo.
